These policies govern the operation of our educational programs and the relationship between Fortune Academy, our students, and corporate clients.

1.1 Code of Conduct

All students, instructors, and staff are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times. This includes:

  • Treating all individuals with respect, dignity, and courtesy
  • Maintaining honesty and integrity in all academic work
  • Respecting intellectual property rights and avoiding plagiarism
  • Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies
  • Refraining from any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior

1.2 Non-Discrimination Policy

Fortune Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. We are committed to providing equal opportunities in education and employment.

2. Enrollment Policies

2.1 Course Registration

Students may register for courses online through our website or by contacting our enrollment team. Registration is considered complete upon receipt of payment and confirmation email. Course access is typically granted within 24 hours of enrollment.

2.2 Prerequisites

Some courses may have prerequisite requirements. Students are responsible for ensuring they meet all prerequisites before enrolling. Fortune Academy reserves the right to verify qualifications and deny enrollment if prerequisites are not met.

2.3 Age Requirements

Students must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in Fortune Academy courses, unless otherwise specified for a particular program. Proof of age may be required upon enrollment.

3. Course Policies

3.1 Course Access and Completion

Online courses provide access for a specified period (typically 6-12 months) from the date of enrollment. Students must complete all coursework, including exams, within the access period. Extensions may be available for an additional fee.

3.2 Academic Integrity

Students must complete all coursework independently unless group work is specifically authorized. Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty may result in course failure, loss of certification, and dismissal from Fortune Academy without refund.

3.3 Examinations

Most courses include one or more examinations that must be passed to receive course completion credit. Students typically have multiple exam attempts at no additional cost. Specific passing scores and attempt limits are outlined in individual course descriptions.

3.4 Certificates of Completion

Upon successful completion of a course, students will receive a certificate of completion that can be downloaded immediately. Certificates include course details, completion date, and credit hours for submission to licensing boards.

4. Attendance and Participation

4.1 Live Virtual Classes

Students enrolled in live virtual classes must attend all scheduled sessions. Missing more than one session may result in course failure. Students who cannot attend must notify the instructor in advance.

4.2 In-Person Classes

Attendance is mandatory for all in-person class sessions. Students must arrive on time and participate actively. Excessive absences or tardiness may result in course failure.

5. Payment and Refund Policies

5.1 Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been approved. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and purchase orders from approved organizations.

5.2 Refund Policy

Students may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment if they have completed less than 25% of the course. After 7 days or after completing 25% of the course, no refunds will be issued. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

5.3 Course Transfers

Students may transfer to a different course of equal or lesser value within 30 days of enrollment if they have completed less than 25% of the original course. Transfer fees may apply.
